Biography
Gavin McCormick joined PNNL in June 2009. Gavin provides analytical support on rulemakings for energy efficiency standards, and on analyses of federal energy efficiency / renewable energy / climate policy, in particular through the use of the National Energy Modeling System (NEMS) tool.
Prior to joining PNNL, Gavin worked on climate policy as an Associate Analyst with the Environment practice of NERA Economic Consulting, and as a volunteer math and computer teacher through WorldTeach Namibia.
