Biography
David joined PNNL in 1999. His assignments have included facility start-up management support to Bio-Fuels Science and Engineering Laboratory, Biological Sciences Facility and the Computational Sciences Facility. In addition he has held positions within the laboratory as the Energy Science & Technology Directorate Quality Manager and the Radiochemical Processing Laboratory Quality team Lead. David is currently performing systems engineering and site construction management tasks in support of PNNL's Radiation Portal Monitoring Project.
Prior to joining PNNL, Mr. Keeser worked for several consulting firms for over 29 years providing plant engineering and facility start-up engineering and project management leadership.
