Biography

Rosemarie Bartlett joined PNNL in 1991. She is the Software Quality Assurance manager for the Building Energy Codes Program (BECP) on behalf of the Department of Energy - responsible for testing, documentation, and help systems for all of the BECP software products. She is also involved in the BECP training activities including training curricula development (classroom training materials, videos, computer-based training tools, and interactive television broadcasts) and deployment. She is the lead for all web-based training.

Ms. Bartlett also serves as a trainer for the Facility Energy Decision System (FEDS) software and is the primary point of contact for technical questions and issues related to FEDS.

Other activities include managing DOE's Rebuild America technical assistance for PNNL, writing portions of the Best Practice guides for DOE's Building America Program, acting as a training lead for radiation portal monitor (RPM) and mobile RPM training for Customs and Border Protection, and managing two Army Energy Program websites.
