Biography

Richard Fowler has been with PNNL since 1992. Prior to joining PNNL, he was the Membership Coordinator for the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) in Washington, D.C.

Richard's professional experience includes database management and application development; software development; Internet web site design and creation; and political, socioeconomic, and market research and analysis. Over the years, he has participated in a wide variety of projects associated with the development and deployment of energy-efficient technologies and practices.

Richard currently helps develop online web applications, desktop software, training videos; and maintains the Building Energy Code Resource Center for the DOE Building Energy Codes Program (BECP).

Since 1998, Richard has managed an electronic alerting service through the PNNL Economic Development Office that provides bi-weekly announcements containing Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and grant solicitation information to small business subscribers from across the country.
