Biography

Donna Hostick joined PNNL in 1992. Donna's primary focus has been on energy issues, with most of her experience relating to the assessment of energy-efficiency projects, technologies, and research programs. She is currently the Project Manager for the Economic and Systems Analysis Project, which provides analytical support to the U.S. DOE's Office of Planning, Analysis, and Evaluation (PAE) within the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Ongoing work for PAE includes the provision of inputs in response to EERE's Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Metrics effort for EERE's Building Technologies Program (BTP) and Weatherization and Intergovernmental Activities Program (WIP). This activity, which is a part of a larger DOE effort, estimates program benefits on an annual basis.
