Biography
Prior to joining PNNL in 2000, Pam Cole was an energy specialist with the City of Richland, Washington. Her main focus is the task lead for the Building Energy Codes Program (BECP) User Support. She provides technical assistance for energy code compliance software and national energy code-related questions. Pam manages a large database that tracks all technical assistance requests, training, product requests, software feedback and state technical assistance requests. She is the lead for the BECP Stakeholder Conferences task and participates in key building-related conferences representing BECP's outreach efforts (e.g., hands-on training, state code issues). Pam also manages the BECP Setting the Standard Newsletter published three times yearly providing the latest information on code issues to over 90,000 readers. In addition to all of these activities, Pam is a lead trainer for BECP.
